    Potthoff is a wholesale business, the meat there comes in cases of various weights. I've purchased various items from Potthoff. 40#'s of different cuts of chicken, hotdogs, shrimp, hamburger chubs, etc. Have always had a great experience with the meat Potthoff sells.
