I would like to thank Alfonso for his outstanding service. Alfonso represented Putco Inc in a way you want every employee of a company to represent. He was passionate, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and extremely personable. He went above and beyond for me doing everything he could do to help me as a customer. This is the second set of Putco Black Platinum Rocker Panels that I have put put on. The first was on my Dads 2020 F350 and I liked them so much that I had to get me a set for my 2022 GMC. His are 3 years old and still shine like new. I feel that Putco Inc. puts out great products and I will definitely show them off and let people know where I got them. I will continue to buy other products from Putco Inc.

I was excited to order a set of side rails for my new truck and liked the features that Putco offered. After placing the order, I decided to make life easier by having them installed locally, as the company requires you to order through them to have them installed. Fair enough, I contacted customer service through their chat option, explained the situation, and requested they cancel my order. Mitchell assured me that this was no problem, that the refund would be processed within 5 days, and that I would receive confirmation shortly. After a week, I still have not received the refund or confirmation. I reached out again to the chat option, and Mitchell shared that he could see it was cancelled and that the accounting department had left for the day but would be processed the following day. Fast forward a few days, no refund and a surprise delivery. Back again, I went to customer service and inquired about the next steps; I was told to return the item to the mailing address they provided. As I had cancelled the order and confirmed it with customer service, I shared that it was their error and I would appreciate them sending the return label or postage. Mitchell agreed and shared he would send one. Fast forward yet another week, and I got a message from Mitchell asking if I still had the rails in my possession, where I explained I was still waiting on the label he said he would send. Mitchell again said he would have the Canadian warehouse send one over, then following that, said they don't offer return postage. this time, Mitchell shared that instead of postage, they would waive the restocking fee if I sent the rails back at my expense and that it would even out. keep in mind this had been going on for several weeks of trying to give the company the benefit and make things right. This was the first time a restocking fee was brought up. Last week, I emailed Mitchell back and explained my frustration with the process and their lack of follow-up. I declined to send the item back at cost and shared that it would be a loss on my end where all I could do was move on, and shared I'd share my experience. I made sure to wait another week to see if there was a reply on their end before posting this review. It may have been a costly $400 lesson to learn about a company's ethics and customer satisfaction, but hopefully, this review will help others be aware and choose another option. Luckily, after my experience with customer service, I did not get any side rails from Putco installed and instead went with a small company with excellent customer service for my truck's rails and headache rack!

Gave me the run around on a product that they admit doesn't work for the application. They agreed to let me return and told me they would send a label. A week later I get an email that they will only offer store credit, still never sent label. Ended up having to take to credit card dispute. Great looking product, too bad it doesn't work and their customer service is a mess.

These folks are top-notch. I have some LEDs in my SUV that are 10+ years old. Over the years they have been failing. I had some spares and when I went to grab my last spare I noticed the box said Lifetime guarantee. I figured that was probably not the case since they are old and probably not produced any longer. I sent them an e-mail just to ask and they (Will) confirmed my suspicion. They are no longer under warranty since they’re no longer produced but they were willing to send replacements of a different model at no cost. If that wasn’t enough, they shipped the replacements and I received them in 2 days. This makes me reconsider who I purchased from with support like this. I will for sure be shopping with these folks in the future!

Putco made false claim on their website and when asked to take back the product because it didn't fit as they said it would they didn't acknowledge it. Caveat emptor.

I Googled any company for individual rocker panels. This company came up first. I ordered the correct part and I received the incorrect part. I called and immediately got a correct part at no charge. That is the only reason for two stars. The new panel is a different size. I called again and was told that if it does not say Putco, then the other company has other sizes. Now no refund as they are custom cut. I would double check your needs before using Putco.

I called Putco customer service because the particular part I wanted was not on the putco websight. The customer service represenative was unbelievable even though the part was not listed they checked anyway. Turns out they were on clearance and in another spot on the websight. I was able to order what I was looking for and it was shipped out same day. I would definitely buy from Putco again in the future.

Customer Service is very responsive but that probably the only thing I could say positively. The flaps were delivered on the wrong frame so ended up scratching it trying to install after fighting to change the install worked with modifications for the OBX. Once they were on, I am reminded why I purchased them but based on poor experience do not want to get the rear set.
