There is one employee here who never smiles or greets anyone, always acts annoyed to have customers.. Last night he made me leave because my ESA dog wasn’t a real “service dog” she’s literally 5 lbs and I was holding her to get cigarettes only.. I’ll never spend my money here again, I’ll go across the street where they are actually nice and also better prices. this qt is nasty anyway, this same dude lets teenagers stand around drinking fountain drinks and then throwing them away so they don’t have to pay. . Def the worst Qt in Dsm

As a regular customer, I went in and try to buy items and was just treated rude by the cashier who was an older gentleman men. I feel he should not be so rude to his customers and talk to them disrespectful regardless of age, ethnicity ect. Will not be coming back to this place and spend my hard earned money.

Stopped in the Quick Trip on 63rd Street in West Des Moines at 8:39pm to see if donuts were discounted. The employee on the floor stated they were two for 0.89; however during check out I was charged $17.90 for ten donuts. The store was very clean.

Outraged by the bottle of rum I bought there the other night. Not only is the price outrageous, but a bottle of 70 proof liquor should not partially freeze to ice. This tells me one thing. One the employees fittle with the bottles diluting them with water, or the company they get it from does! I buy my rum from Hy-vee normally, have always kept it in my freezer and their liquor never freezes like that. QT has really gone downhill!

I have to say QT originally set the bar pretty high. Some of the others have caught up to and even passed QT. But for me it's still one of if not the best. Your always greeted at the door by an employee. The format of the stores is very customerized. Hey did I just coin that ^ "QT call me". Besides the large verity of food and drink. They seem to carry all the items I forgot to bring along. Well done QT ?????

Average gas station nice and clean friendly employees good selection of snacks drinks and food also there's a kitchen where you can order various things from Pizza to sandwiches to coffee for the trip if you're ever out of gas or just need a quick snack
