I arrived there at 12:00 noon which is for most places lunch time and left by 1:15 p.m. I don't think that's bad at all

In order to get it into my rand McNally I had to get the coordinates from Google maps. DO NOT go to ne 67th place and tear that neighborhood up. Coordinates are 41.683025 -93.596039

Drivers...
Gps has an issue locating this address, even garmen. If you type the correct address in, the gps automatically changes the street to nw 67th pl instead of ne 67 pl. I had to find north 69 on the gps map, scroll and zoom in till ne 66th showed then go up to 1st right turn and tap that road on gps. Gps asked to confirm this to be my stop and it git me here without going to the residential neighborhood on the other side of town.

For nearly 2 years now semi trucks delivering to Redboot have been driving to my address on a residential culdesac. It is posted clearly no trucks but they keep coming disregarding the signs. Many try to turn around without the room needed and tear up our yards, knock down overhead wires, take out mailboxes, landscaping, gashes in trees and more. Calling Redboot to address the issue has gone from patronizing to now complete disregard for the community they operate in. I was told after this last incident not to call them and it was my problem, period. Well it is my problem, but you are in the supply chain and could fix it if you cared. Thanks for not caring Redboot. Iβm sure that will translate in to your bottom line at some point.
