Me and my husband have recently moved into Riverpoint . We love our new space from the high ceilings, cleanliness of every inch, and their affection for our furry kids. But by far the best asset they have, is their Property Manager Desiree. She made the process easy and painless. With a dash of comic relief.

Desiree has been so WONDERFUL! She has gone above and beyond for my boyfriend and I getting us into our apartment and we couldn't be more grateful.
These apartments are also just so lovely and the amenities are incredible.

I just re-signed my lease for another year and it could not have gone any smoother.Besides the great location and free parking (rare), Desireé was ready with my paperwork and information so the whole thing took about 5 minutes. She is so personable and easy to approach with any questions or concerns. She rocked it, thank you Desireé!

This place is definitely an experience……if you enjoy being ignored, talked down to, being yelled at, and a landlord who thinks they’re better than everyone, you’ll love it here! Communication? Only if you’re fluent in passive aggressiveness, yelling at you, and or eye rolling. 10/10 recommend if your into toxic landlords and toxic housing! :)
