Stopped in to grab a few things. Grabbed a couple pairs of shoes but not before setting off the alarm on half of them. I guess trying them on sets off the alarm. Also had to return half the items because 2 hours before the store closes the fitting rooms closes. Staff was friendly though.

This location had all that I needed. Staff is nice. The customers destroy this store though. No one puts things back. It makes it hard on staff.

Any time someone touches a pair of shoes in this store, the security tag on them starts beeping loudly and incessantly. This is intolerable to some people, and apparently cannot be shut off until it times out after 4 minutes. When I grabbed the offending pair and took them up front looking for help in getting rid of the racket, the employees apparently thought I was angry at them, and started talking about me after I went back to the jeans area, loudly enough for the whole store to hear. Moments later, someone touched another pair of shoes and the noise started again. Nightmare store for anyone with sensory issues.

4 fitting rooms but only letting customers use one. No bathroom. And only one register open. The alarm sounds on the shoes are HORRIBLE! I left this store with a migraine. And why do we need a lady with a bullet proof best greeting us? While store and staff are very off putting. We were also followed around by a floor walker like we were thieves! She would’ve been more helpful at a register

Disgusting,dirty,and understocked. I have found better quality of clothing with cleaner stores and variety in thrift shops. I'm not kidding. I don't understand how this place stays in business.

Was there today looking at a few items on an end cap, by the automotive/pet area, when I was slammed into from the back. It was an employee pushing a metal wire cage full of items.
She said she was sorry, but just kept going. Kind of tweaked my back. Maybe management should talk to their employees about safer practices when moving these cages & if you can't see where you are going, then pull them instead of pushing them.
I'm no spring chicken myself, and there was some force behind it. If it was an elderly person, they probably would have been knocked down. This is where lawsuits come from, neglect and lack of care from employees. Gal checking people out wasn't real friendly either. ☹️
