2 of 3 ordered items ordered online were NOT actually in stock as indicated online!!! I did NOT know ahead of time so I was given a demi permanent color instead permanent & different color permanent color after waiting 8+ business hours (placed online order night before & went in person for pickuo around 4pm). I then had to drive across town to another store to exchange 2 of 3 items for correct choices after 30 mins in person delay at this store while employee still looking for proper products & manager trying to sub items in computer (so I could do an exchange at WDM store to get all 3 correct products that I ordered without more issues). Untimately it felt like a complete waste of my time, energy, and gas! Way too late in day to use products when I finally had all 3. I couldn't just cancel order & place order at another store because their online buy 2 get 1 free deal wouldn't work in person & no store in our area actually had all 3 items needed in stock. I also couldn't just make it easier & request 3 of same color either because their limit of 2 of same color via their website. They tried to be helpful but EVERYTHING still took entirely way too long for wrong products PLUS required more of my time to go to next store etc.. some of us can't PLAN way far ahead & order online for delivery from corporate or just spend entire day (& gas) waiting & driving from store to store to try & get what we need from Sally.

The website says they close at 7 PM but the sign on the door says New Store Hours closes at 6 PM maybe y’all need to change the hours on the website too.

Walked in and was greeted by Latoya! she was very informative with the questions i had for her about the products i was planning to buy! Manager Lois is very interactive with customers and will have any answer for you that you would have, Both were very confident in what they were saying and explaining to me! Left very happy without complaining! Will definitely come back to this location hoping to see these helpful women once again!

Says they open at 10am online and on the door I waited in the parking lot till 10:30 and still no one arrived. Not the first time its happened. I guess this Sally's just opens when they feel like it

Instead of honoring the 10 dollar rewards, they would rather permanently delete the email proof and force you to pay for the product. Bad service

Literally changes the hours all the time and they never match Google despite it saying it was updated within days. Much prefer mid k and amazon.

Sent my daughter in to get herself a nail kit she is 12... I stayed in the car.... I could see thru the glass as I was sitting int he car the lady was following her and standing staring at her from the next aisle on some sneaky s****** I went right in and walked up on her from the next aisle as she was still watching my baby shop like she needed to steal something and straight checked her a****** Racial profiling at it's finest... dirty azz store...She kissed our a** the whole time at the register telling me how she had a 2 hour drive back home... Bish Idc and fuxx you Sallys your employees are petty as hell!

Terrible customer service. Was there today and the employee ALYSSA was very rude, on her phone the whole time I was shopping and over all not helpful at all. Also made rude comments on other customers in the store. Will not be back to this location.

Tried to purchase a wand, their return policy, you can’t get money back until the end of January beginning of February, and wasn’t sure if it was 30 or 60 days return, the sales person Alissa didn’t really know a whole lot, and then when I asked for a manager she said they didn’t have one on staff at the time asked for the managers name and she would not give it to me or any information about her. I was just trying to purchase a wand for a Christmas party I am going to. Very poor customer service.
