Had them install wiring harness on my truck for western plow. They did an amazing job going through the plow. Customer service was amazing the owner was super nice and Kevin did and awesome job. Thank you guys!!

My first contact at Schuling Hitch was with Jimmy. I was looking to purchase a cargo box to have it installed on my car. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable and it was extremely easy to communicate with him. In addition to the cargo box, I went back to him to install a cargo carrier. He explained everything to me so that I felt comfortable removing the box and carrier from my car when not in use. I travel a lot for work so this was very helpful! I recommend Schuling Hitch to anyone. Their professionalism shows and they treat their customers with respect. I’m very pleased! On a last note, I had issues with unlocking my box’s lid. I brought it in for Jimmy to take a look at it. He knew immediately what the problem was. He showed me so I won’t make that mistake again. He also did me the favor and removed it from my roof and into my car. Being a woman traveling alone, this was great! lol Jimmy didn’t charge me for this visit. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Overall great experience!

Great place to have a hitch installed, wiring upgraded, etc. They also have high quality parts and equipment for all things related to hitches and towing, including bike racks. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are prompt, reliable, and I'm pretty sure the last two times they provided service, they charged me what they estimated even though it took them longer (and more hassle) than expected. We have used Schuling Hitch several times, including having two bumper hitches installed as well as repairs to a trailer wire harness and more. Each staff worker has been friendly, courteous, & very knowledgeable. They give you the information you need to make an informed decision and never pressure you. As a woman, I always feel respected and feel very comfortable here. We recommend Schuling to everyone we know!

We had Schuling install a Blue Ox on our RV and base plate with braking system on Edge several weeks ago and had a great experience. This morning preparing for our first outing and going through Ford Edge setup we could not figure out what we were doing wrong. We drove Rv and Car separately into Schuling and immediately had help in troubleshooting. To say they provide top notch customer service during and after sale is an understatement. The tech watched me through process and when it failed he tried. After few attempts he mastered getting transmission disengaged properly but also making sure we were comfortable doing it on our own. We were off on our adventure in no time. Highly recommend this company

Price was reasonable, same day service. Hunter was great, great communication making sure he could answer my question to get job right. This is my second time using service for my RV. First time was installing hitch and carrier for my car. Would recommend.
