“I bought something off Facebook Marketplace and had to meet the person here to get it. Climate controlled, well lit building and reasonably clean. Thats all I can say about it. Was in and out in less than 5 min. and we didn't discuss the storage logistics at all.?”

“The customer service I received from Bella was amazing! She was understanding and very helpful in the areas she could. My only draw was that the unit I rented was NOT close to the entrance as stated on the website. It was in a second building in the back of the lot. The cleanliness of said building left a lot to be desired. That building being out of sight should receive a daily run through of at least cleaning the entrance of all the spider webs and eggs. A good sweep around the inside of the entrance would make these units more inviting as well. I'd like to know I'm leaving my things in a clean environment. Using pesticide before storing is recommended.”
