Wish they was 24 hour accessible because we do own our own business and have equipment that we need to switch out and sometimes we can't make it before they close at 10 but we manage somehow lol.”

“When my husband Lonnie and I went in to rent our unit, we were sure of what size we needed. After talking with Sarah for a few minutes and her asking just the right question we ended up getting a unit two sizes bigger.
At first I was skeptical, thinking she was trying to up sale. When we moved in we couldn’t fit one more thing in our unit. We had just enough room.
Had we done it our way, we’d have been in trouble.
