An interaction I had with Murray, the store manager, was incredibly generous. He helped me troubleshoot a product until it worked. Moreover, Murray has provided consistent and exceptional customer service over the past few years I've shopped at Shags.

Cool little spot with a nice vibe. The staff was friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed without being pushy. Solid selection of glass, incense, neat little figurines, and a good range of vapes.

My son took me to a shags when I moved here , there is usually a shags where I am out and about... really Kool stuff! Reminds me of Spencer 's & a couple other Kool stores 2or 3 decades back!

As a business owner in the same neighborhood I am very saddened by the service at shags today! 06/20/2024 around noon! Unprofessional and unacceptable, and Unfortunately our business will no longer shop here. The workers and customer service use to be super professional in there!
Those individuals are no longer present. Management: you need to pay attention.

The service at Shag's was the worst! I waited patiently to be helped behind two customers and the gentleman said he would be right with me twice while helping the two customers before me! Someone else walks in and he starts to help them while I was waiting! The worst customer service by a local business! I stated the fact I was here first and left! Very sad! If you’re reading this there is a great place instead of Shags on the other side of downtown with friendly staff and they help their customers!

Not only were they open like 10 minutes early, I went in there for kratom and I told the guy how much I had and he basically gave me something that was worth twice the amount of money, and even spotting me something to change that it would have cost in the giving me what I had and what it cost after he gave me a discount. Very personable staff, I forgot how great they are but I will be back more often than I have been in recent days

Staff were extremely rude when I asked questions about things I had no knowledge on. Very condescending. They also made rude comments about my African American friend who was, in their words "probably stealing". I would not recommend you shop in this establishment.

The staff was excellent. Super friendly. The pics are of a product they carried. I did not buy it, but it cracks me up knowing it exists.
