The Smoke Shop is a friendly and well-maintained business with a welcoming vibe. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and kind staff, who create a positive experience. The shop offers a variety of products, including cigarettes, tobacco, and other items at reasonable prices, with some of the cheapest tobacco prices in Des Moines. The store has a clean layout and recently updated its look. Many customers enjoy the drive-thru service, describing it as friendly, fast, and convenient, especially for stopping on the way home from work. A common highlight is the staff’s helpful attitude and good sense of humor, which bring smiles to customers. Although the shop misses the return of self-defense items, this is the only aspect preventing a perfect score. Overall, The Smoke Shop is a popular spot for those seeking a variety of products, good prices, and friendly service.
