We’ve been renting here for years and recently closed on our house with Trinity. I could not be happier with the community and the people who keep it running. Kim has been more than helpful during the entire purchase process and welcoming. I’d recommend this community to anyone looking !

Trinity at southridge estates is the best! She helped me with every step in getting approved for a home there. She answered every question I threw her way & even questions I didn’t think to ask. I applied one day and got approved the next morning ? LOVVVVEEE OUR NEW HOME! ?
