I was very happy with my rental experience, prompt and courteous service with the unit being ample in size plus with my favorite part on the unit I rented was having a garage door on each side. I would not call anyplace else if I need storage space again

I needed a storage unit to get items out of my home so we could list it - looks better with less clutter. I went online and settled on this one because elsewhere (not Yelp), it had generally good ratings. I ordered online and was granted instant access. The next day, I drove up to the storage site and tried using the code they gave me - didn't work. I called in and got voicemail so I just let them know what was going on. They immediately called me back and gave me a code to get in. The unit itself was very well kept. We ended up needing a second unit and so I ordered another. It set up 2 different accounts so I reached out and they quickly combined the 2. The second unit, the door is a little wonky but I let them know. The biggest takeaway is I have had nothing but stellar customer service from them, very responsive. And the contract clearly states the 30-day notice in writing to vacate the unit. They even give you a way of providing that 'in writing' via their website. So really, if you read the contract and follow directions, this was an awesome company to do business with. Would recommend!

Used our storage unit for almost 2 years. Great customer service any time I needed something or had a question. Loved the 24 hours simple access. I would highly recommend. At little away from the city and a much better value.

Very horrible service when I called and told him I was vacating the unit they said that was fine a week and a half later I got an email that said everything must be in writing and they are charging me an Exter month for rent very unprofessional very poor Communication

This is a very clean storage location with nice easily accessible units, all in good condition. This particular unit had power/light and seemed to be in excellent condition. There are a lot of cameras and the gate works properly so really not a bad experience at all.

Stored my watercraft here for over a year. Units are good. Grounds could use some clean up and care from time to time. Hard to get a hold of management for clarification or inquires.
