I am really excited to move in and begin using Storage Mart to further my business in selling in Flea Markets. The wonderful employee was very patient and showed me several units to find just the right one even though it was the end of her day on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.

Too expensive. Paying online has a RIDICULOUS $10 fee for paying this way. Which is REALLY messed up since senior and handicap customers can't drive there to pay in person, so they stick us poor folks with the crazy extra prices!!! It's plain discrimination and totally unfair!!!

They were great...at first. Then they made it more difficult for me to pay them, refusing cash payments, then hit me with a +/- 30% rate increase, which caused me significant financial/logistical problems. I got out what I could but ultimately had to leave things of value behind. My contempt for them knows no bounds. Run away, it's a trap!

I had a great experience with the manager Crystal Moses. She was extremely polite and professional. She showed me the different sizes and how much. Feel bad you don't do cash anymore, but understand considering COVID issues. Thank you for your time.

Dirty, your stuff will get bug infestation. Spiders, crickets, mice, rolly pollies, roaches. Smells like mice pee i get sick every time I smell my stuff even though it was all clean when it went in there originally. Do not store your items in garbage bags here due to no climate control, odor, mouse pee, ect. Don't use this place go next door to cubesmart. Hot, very dusty. My unit wasn't even swept or mopped prior to my move in. Expect an asthma attack even if u don't have asthma. Not worth the money. Can't even organize my stuff bc of overwhelming dust and no lighting or hooks. No privacy.
