Heather h was extremely help full with setting up a storage units for our move to iowa made it stream line but rhe people working at the actua unit horrible rude dknt ever ask any questions or they might threaten to call the police domt forget it says climate controlled all my shit was frozen and wet so truley the worst storage place ive ever used do not recommend

All they really got going for them is they are cheap. With that, so is there storage units. Nothing great, and most places have gates. They have a very obnoxious online price system, where if you do it online, you get 50-75% off for 3 months. But, the stores dont honor those, so only if you do it online. Also, the staff at most storagemarts seem to always be rude and mad at the world..

I had a great experience. The ladies were great and very helpful. Very nice & made sure I had all my questions answered. Kudos. Very happy the 9 months and counting I've had a unit there. Thanks again to the 2 ladies that assisted me today. I tell everybody about the great service there.

I just had an awesome, awesome Heather that helped me! Customer service is what keeps a business going and Heather would rate a 10! She actually cared about me and my problem! She fixed it and she was so pleasant and put up with me talking so long! I have to say, awesome and she deserves a raise, be a keeper, a pat on the back, lol. She made my day! God bless! Linda

The sign up process was reasonable. I had no problems getting to my things. They were kept safe and dry. The price for my unit went up considerably after a month? I later was paid ahead a month and then was told after asking about departing earlier than expected that if the unit was clean and empty before the first of September, I would be refunded the month of September (Over $300). I have been trying to recover that and get the check they promised for over a month and a half now. The help at the MLK store assure me they have asked the corporate offices for a refund for me. There is no address or phone number for the corporate office offered for me to call about the refund promised?

Krista was amazing. She answered in a within a couple of rings, she took time to explain things thoroughly, and she was quick. The call was less than 10 minutes. Very great customer service and persistent. Got a great deal for the next 3 months and the location is very convenient.
