1 star because someone returned my call regarding an unsafe delivery driver, and that's the ONLY reason.I was on 235 at Guthrie traveling at around 60-62 mph when I and several other motorists were passed like we were sitting still by one of their drivers. It was only because of the traffic and traffic lights that I was able to catch up to the vehicle to read the name of the business.We proceeded through downtown Des Moines on 7th street where he laid on the horn (apparently) because the driver in front of him wasn't moving fast enough. Anyways, I got a call back and the person I spoke with all but accused me of lying about the situation, telling me that the "vehicle wasn't even on that side of town", that it had been dispatched only to Waukee. I explained to the man that I followed the vehicle til it turned onto Bancroft off of S.W. 9th and still, he denied that the vehicle was even in the area.If I owned a business or was a manager I think I would want to know what was going on.Integrity may be an issue with those who work here.
