Manager was on the worst power trip I’ve ever seen, he treated his employees terribly and made my experience very uncomfortable. constantly talked over everyone he came into contact with, didn’t smile, constantly put down his new employee for asking questions, and was overall a pos.

Every time I stop in here, Josh has helped me. He is fantastic. So knowledgeable, quick, friendly, helpful. I am so happy when I stop here and he is working. This store is lucky to have him!

Worst store to go to the employees are disrespectful and you get banned for no reason call the manager called the district manager. Nobody can tell me why I’m not allowed in that store anymore. I only go there maybe once every couple months to get a new screen protector, and pay my bill and leave. If I could give zero stars, I would I will be switching to a different provider that will respect their customers when they walk into the store.

This review is for this specific store, not T-Mobile in general. I didn't catch his name but the manager(I'm assuming)was so rude, he had me laughing. He was rude to me, to my wife, and to every employee he talked to. On the other hand, he was extremely knowledgeable so I just shut up and let him do his stuff. I think he's probably tired of working with customers and being the only one knows anything but he may possibly have the worst customer service skills I've seen in history.

Niko and Kyle are amazing employees. They look approximately an hour to call Sprint and Boost Moble to try and get an old phone unlocked so I could use it again. We learned that it was not able to be unlocked. They were both troopers. I would recommend Niko and Kyle to everyone.

Avoid this location at all cost the racist manager Mike is a piece of work very rude, unprofessional, highly disrespectful and will bash customers and his own employees in front of customers the guy should be terminated ASAP his behavior will run T-Mobile in the ground his attitude is the reason why I cancelled my service through T-mobile and this is why I will stay with Verizon the grass always isn’t greener on the other side!

Please, everyone, do not go to this store, but also to T mobile in general! we are cheated for the next two years with them. We went to exchange two iPhone 11 for iphone 14 and iphone 14pro max and renew the plan. for the seller to tell us after the promotion that you will pay $4-5 per month for the pro max and for the regular iphone 14 it is free, but of course that was a lie! we asked him a couple of times if that was true and he confirmed YES! that it turned out to be a lie! We pay $7 per month for iPhone 14 and $19.59 for Pro Max, which he never told us about. After that, I asked T-mobile to correct the mistake of their employee, and they did nothing about it! they gave us (one time $50 )less on one account, which they call (good will) And the fact that they cheated us, that doesn't exist! they look for various excuses and lie.T-Mobile response!(( I know that this is not the resolution that you are expecting, but I hope you feel my sincerity of helping you and setting proper expectation with the what will happen on the future. Don't worry we'll be raising your issue to have this address and have this option in the future.We will try to reach the previous team as well whom had processed the order but that is also why we are being honest now that it is because the promotion works in that way.)) so basically we are scamming you but that’s ok you be quiet and pay your bill!
