I went there to get to get an extra line and upgrade another line with iphone 15,The manager his name is Jay,He suck, not professional at all .He told that monthly payment for iPhone 15 will be $68Then i did my math and I said is $50he got mad because I caught him.The other girl there was very helpfulShe end up helping us better.Do not deal with JAY , bad manager.

I have recently opened a business nearby and required wifi. I was provided with a Gateway wifi box and have had nothing but problems with it.Thanks to Storm, she is a most valuable employee. If it wasn't for all her help, I would have given up service.T-Mobile, Storm is a top customer service and sales person. She is so knowledgeable about products best suited to every need.

Employees at this store give you the wrong information ..On purpose just so they get a commission!Found out today that they lied to me.Iwill definitely be contacting customer service and I better get some help , I feel they took total advantage of me being a senior citizen!Go to T-Mobile in Altoona and talk to Sal!Stay away from T-Mobile on 14th and University!

Man this used to be my spot. Now..... I got phones and feel like, no I was literally lied to. It makes me so upset. Never will I go here again after YEARS of coming to this exact location, almost a decade. Wow seriously. I hope 611 fixes this or t mobile just lost a customer of over a decade

I had such an amazing experience going to this T-Mobile store. I had a pretty advanced question and issue, but the people working there were very considerate and patient. Nico help me through every step of the process and was funny/light hearted. The whole process took about an hour and a half but I had no issue waiting that long. There were other customers waiting behind me which Nico helped while my phone was updating and transferring data. Both Nico and Skyler were very knowledgeable. I definitely will be returning to the store if there are ever complications with my phone again.

This particular store is the best in town. The south side store in particular socks. I can't tell you how many times I get told one thing by Customer Care and the south side store tells me another. I suggest the East 14th store to everyone!

If you want great service it's T mobile. It's comes at a cost: if you don't mind surprise billing & you enjoy spending more time talking to t mobile than working, & you have money to just give away( they will acknowledge when they're wrong but won't change a thing for 4 months then repeat) & assault your bank account, give away your vital info have MANGERS hangup on you& then ask you if you would refer a friend...If this sounds pleasant you... You're in the right place.

The worse customer device in persona ever. They are rude, condescending and dismissive. Leslie is the worse excuse of a manager at Jordan creek mall that should be fired and work as a customer service rep to learn basic communication skills and take complaints call after call because she clearly doesn’t have a clue how to problem solve, communicate or have any listening skills. Shameful service and experience.
