Brand new store in Waukee, Iowa. I go to get some of my groceries. Nice and clean. Helpful Staff. They have self check out and can go get what I want and leave. So far no waiting in line. I bought a air purifier and am well satisfied with product and what I paid for it. Nice big parking lot and is handicap accessible.

10 item limit on the self checkout is asinine at 8AM when every self check is open and there's a line at the single open cashier.

Ordering online and picking up is the best option for us. Parking lot doesn't feel safe anymore, especially at night.

Received a digital code for a game download as a Christmas gift with no way to return it. No signage that codes are nonrefundable. Refusing to accept a return of an unopened unused item returned with a receipt shortly after it was purchased should be illegal.
This must happen with some regularity; any time anyone gets a gift of a code for a game they didn't want, a game they wanted a physical copy of, or one that they already own or just the same game from two different people Target predates on them.

Been coming to this store for many years. Sharon, the older lady that’s always at self checkout usually during the day, is terrible. Rude and always thinks someone is stealing.. I’ve had situations where she only looks at me out of all the people at self check out. She had also stopped helping me once to stare down some teenagers to see if they were stealing. She’s very odd and not really sure why she acts that way like Target doesn’t have a high security team. She needs to relax.

I was buying a white skirt and it was that last one in my size but was sad to see there was a stain on it. Sharon happily helped me out and even removed the stain for me! She even gave me tips for future accidental stains of my own 🥹 How sweet and very helpful! Thank you Sharon!!

Merle Hay Target is my go to when I'm out of essentials like TP, diapers, babywipes or milk. I've had nothing but great interactions with the employees/staff at this location. Always willing to show me in person where something is and always friendly and happy smiles at registers.

Half of the staff here is extremely kind and the other half is outright mean. I try to avoid everyone when I go in to shop. I got actually yelled at today by a staff member for not noticing that the self check out registers are 10 items or less (I had four items and 8 cans of cat food.) As someone with anxiety, I will not be returning.

I ordered a few things from this Target. I went to the pickup section, located by the entrance. I waited for someone to come to the counter. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I waited 5 to 10 minutes. I left and requested a refund. I am assuming Target doesn't want this veteran's money. I will take my business elsewhere.
