Wrong bank acct again! This is the second time this has happened. I verified our account number both times and corrected it and initialed on both papers. Very frustrating will not be back!!!

Very rude unprofessional and unorganized we had a appointment with Kathy to get our taxes prepared on February 25 three weeks past we did not hear anything back from them we called to see where they had gotten with our preparation and they couldn’t even find any of our tax information when my wife called to try to schedule to get them to finish what they had promised they were going to do they were rude and short with her and then said that they wouldn’t be able to provide the service to us because we were being short with them after being frustrated of not hearing anything for a month do not recommend going there very unprofessional out of date

Brett has been doing my taxes for years now. Best guy you can deal with when you want someone to do a good job and get done fast. Did I say friendly service, because him and all the employees have been very courteous.

I will be suing them for accountant negligence the person who did my taxes entered the wrong account number after I had corrected it more then once for her.I have to wait five weeks and I was told she’s with a client and couldn’t talk to me right now! I have a car that’s getting ready to be repossessed because I’m in college and working two jobs with three kids and I’m struggling and because of this error, I’m going to potentially lose my car.that means I can’t get to my job to support my kids!!
