I bought my plow from Truck Equipment Inc. in Des Moines, and the experience was fantastic! Their customer service is amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They helped me find the perfect plow and made sure I was completely satisfied.
What I love most is their post-sale support. If anything ever goes wrong, I know I can bring it back, and they’ll fix it with great care and expertise. It’s so reassuring to have that level of trust in a company.
Highly recommend Truck Equipment Inc. for their top-notch service and quality products. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!

Do not recommend doing business here. I have tried but almost every time the employees are rude and act too busy to help or annoyed. I'm in year 3 of being on my own and growing. I've ran western for 20 years and because of the experience with practically the only western dealer closest to me I'm considering changing to something else even tho it will cost me more money.

Just got my 3rd plow in 10 years here. Great service! Scott Odendahl, Cory Megonigle, and Doug Worthington are great! Scott has taken time more than once to show me plows and answer questions without the benefit of making a sale. Doug has always answered any question I have over the phone or in person...and is understanding with a guy like me that has limited mechanical knowledge. Cory as busy as he is...always takes the time to let me sit in his office and answer any questions I have. These guys make Truck Equipment a place that I am happy to work with and keeps me coming back. Thanks guys.

I lost the keys to my Weatherguard tool box. I stopped in to see if they sold new locks. Someone came outside to look then went inside for a few min. They then brought me a key to the locks. Said “Here you go have a nice day.” No charge? That just does not happen anymore. You guys rock. I’ll be spending a lot more money there. Guaranteed I will tell everyone I know to go there as well. Thanks guys. You rock!!!!

Great customer service! Had issue with plow and they got us in and fixed up within reasonable time. Staff all are very friendly and know the ins and outs of what they sell and service! Thank you to all the staff that treated us like family and not just another customer! You guys/ gal are awesome!
