Did NOT receive requested furniture pads, but was still charged for them
Will never use U-haul ever again and will become U-haul's absolute worst negative advertising nightmare until I get the reimbursed funds that were wrongly and illegally taken from my bank account!
Calling my attorney right now to see about starting a class action against U-haul for all illegally charged accounts because I can't be the only victim over the years

I love renting from U-Haul, the price for renting a really nice brand new pickup truck is only $19.99 a day! You have to really watch your mileage because extra mileage fees are pretty high and they don't offer unlimited mileage but they did negotiate on the cost of overage fees for us!

This is strictly based off the self check out but it did not work at all. The website, app and u-haul customer service could not get a self checkout rental here to work. If you are planning to pickup after hours DO NOT.

After reserving a cago van a month ahead, I was unable to get the van at all through the 24/7 service. Reached someone by phone who said he would send someone to assist. An hour later, still no one there, and no answer on the phone or return calls when messages were left. There were two parties waiting. We all gave up. Will never use Uhaul again. Left us high and dry. Furniture is still not moved. Now, I am unable to leave a review on Uhaul site. Terrible.
