I recently witnessed a group of White Supremacists in Des Moines utilizing this business to transport themselves to areas in an attempt disrupt and terrorize locals.

Horrible customer sevice! Employee who answered the phone was rude. When he mentioned that they would have to order the trailer wire kit for my vehicle install. I asked how long would it take and he stated possibly a week. I then asked if any of the other Uhaul locations had the part and he said no. Which I had no problem with because that is out of his control however when I asked if I could go get the part elsewhere and bring it in. He rudely and loudly replied "well yeah but where are you going to get if from?" I replied, well idk, maybe the internet or an auto parts store but nevermind and hung up. If Uhaul is going to have employees like this answering the phone they'll keep losing business point blank. My advice, Uhaul, start doing some QA or providing customer service training to your associates or you'll keep losing business at this particular location.

Can not do job correctly. Paperwork stated do NOT charge card. Cash will be provided. Charged card INFRONT of us as as she proceeded to say “oops sorry too late Nothing I can do” and was not helpful

Stopped in with my motorhome to fill my propane, the woman at the desk had a very bad attitude and said their was no one here qualified to fill a tank, WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS!
