Yikes. These folks come across as caring, local, cool small Buisness but when it comes to interpersonal dealings they are quite unnecessarily rude. Additionally, the quality of my items was not the standard I was promised. Highly recommend you get your printing and apparel needs done at another small local Buisness like the side garage or copycat printing. Unless universals management changes dramatically, it's a hard no from me and I urge the same for you.

I do a significant amount of my printing with Universal and have never been dissatisfied. I have a local chiropractic clinic in Des Moines and we print our business cards, flyers, patient handouts, and other one off projects.
Our interactions with their staff are always pleasant.
They offer delivery for free or you can pick up at their offices.
The owners are great people and active in the community.
I can always fully recommend Universal Printing because I have zero doubt that they can't do the job with a great price and great service.
