NEVER do a store pickup. We are on week 3 since my order was placed. Went there in person. Instead of grabbing items I ordered, worker said, “Oh we are really backed up.” Another employee took my order number and email days ago and still nothing. Maybe hire more staff or review operations. Three weeks plus to fill an order of four articles of clothing is ridiculous.

This was one of the best bookstores I've been to for a school of its size. Had a great selection of clothes AND novelty items. Came home with a nice bobblehead of Griff! The quality of apparel that was offered was pretty top notch. With the exception of maybe larger sizes, there should be no problem finding anything you're looking for or maybe didn't know you were looking for there!

Came looking for an interesting university book store. No books to browse though. Perhaps a more informative website is in order, to save bookcustomers a useless trip. Disappointing!

Website is terrible, I always have problems renting textbooks. School-specific clothing is difficult to come by and expensive if you can find something.

This is the Drake University facility for school clothing. They have a nice selection, but prices are premium. Still, if you want branded merchandise for Drake University, there is not other place to get it. There isn't much help, so you're on your own.
