I appreciate this small locally owned shop. They work to fix something instead of just always buying new. I love that you can pick up bags and other accessories and know you have the right size or item you need. So much friendlier and nicer than big stores or guessing you have the right thing to order on line. Very knowledgeable staff too. They take all the time you need to go over things.

Place came recommended and have driven by for years. Dropped off a vacuum that we’ve had for only a year. After eight days, I received a phone call that the vacuum was unable to be fixed as parts were no longer available. They asked if it should be scrapped or if I would like to pick it up, I chose to pick it up. I decided to drop it off at another repair shop and not only was it fixed. I had it back within 24 hours.

Brought the broken part in and he looked at and said it would be fixed in a day or two. Called and said it was ready for any time I came to get it! Everything works find.

the machine was out of time and they repaired it and did regular service check and oiled it. the price was a little high but the work was great. $200 for that service

Avoid this store if you have power tools that need warranty work. They don’t know the right questions to ask. After having my tool for the better part of a week, they informed me that there was nothing they could do. I made one phone call to the OEM and within 10 minutes I had a replacement being shipped to me. Edit: I did not lie to get the replacement sent to me as alluded by the response below. Rather, I explained to OEM what happened with facts.
