Called to check on a 10k package and the lady was very rude towards me telling me that the tracking I had was not correct. Yet I can track the package and she can't? Kinda fishy when we can track it but they can't? Seems someone got a free 10k Machine to use.

Horrible place to deliver. Better hope you have a good suspension and a pick up. Because a OTR is not fun. Don't help that the open side is full of junk trailers and stuff being picked up by day cabs

Picked up a skid loader bucket there. Everybody I dealt with was top notch. They had the bucket loaded on my trailer before I walked into the building.....?

Apparently, UPS "Freight" can't handle actual freight. They need the customer to get involved; and the customer should have at least 3 extra people to help do the heavy lifting, OR, the customer can come pick up the 887 pound item themselves. How ridiculous. Shouldn't UPS Freight provide extra manpower when they KNOW an extremely heavy item is in their care? So much for logistics lmao
