It's absolutely insane they haven't changed this ATM out yet. It ate my cash years ago. It ate my cash months ago. Now, it won't accept cash deposits. Better than letting it eat people's cash I guess. Just switch it out!

Because of time zone differences, I called this branch for information on my account. The automated system is horrible, but that's nationwide.This branch was very professional, understanding, caring and extremely knowledgeable. My problem that had been going on for almost a week was explained and handled promptly.Thank you so much for this. (I live in the mountains of Colorado).

i always have a great experience here honestly surprised they don't have a higher rating! i looked at some of the low reviews not sure about some but this is definitely a real location. Also never used drive through here but compared to other lines ive seen at other banks the ones here are considerably shorter if a line at all. What i personally like about this bank is they are glad to help you with anything. Also they know their products/services or know someone that does in the branch. definitely customer friendly and they provide good value with the services they offer.

The SLOWEST drive thru ever. Plan on at least 30 minutes of your life to be lost sitting even when there is only 1 car there. Seems like social hours for the tellers as they are just chatting away as you wait, and wait

Paola Fisher went above and beyond to help me- my rent was due the same day I opened my first US Bank account and she helped me through all of the technical difficulties for over an hour. Fantastic customer service! She was so friendly and willing to help me out!

As a recruiter for the Iowa National Guard, I am constantly needing to secure young men and women their very first checking account in order to enlist into the Armed Forces. US Bank offers a FREE Platinum account for any current or past military members, which is such a fantastic gesture and means of supporting veterans. David Tigges, the Branch Manager, is an incredibly friendly and professional individual. He always takes care of the future soldiers when they're in need of an account. I could not recommend this bank or location enough.

Drive thru pit stop and there was a guy walking through in front of me. Funny. Easy to use machine. Easy in and out from the streets but watch for pedestrians as you are near the bus stops.

VERY Bank-y and corporate-y. Not very personal even after banking w/ them for over 10 years. Terrible customer service. Most people I have talked to agree whole-heartedly. I would choose another bank. There are lots. Not this one.

My favorite US Bank in DSM. Friendly tellers, great mortgage dept, beautiful building and right in the middle of downtown. They have a token operated parking lot with 20-ish spaces so it's free to park when you're there and overflow parking in the ramp that can be free when authorized by a teller. Never have I ever found a dud of an employee here. A+ bank!
