I went into the bank to get a reloadable bank card for my daughter who was Hospitalized in another state. I was told I could open an account to get this card. When I went out to the car to get the address to send the card, the tellers changed their mind and decided they could not help me open the account due to potential fraud.
There was nothing Fraudulent about what I was trying to do. This card would be linked to my bank account that I’ve had at that bank for 40 years. I don’t like being treated like a criminal when I’ve done nothing wrong. I was asking for solution to a problem I had and they threw the bank examiners at me as the reason why they couldn’t help me.
If I could give this bank zero stars, I would.

Very rarely can I get in and out of here under 10 minutes. And that's to simply deposit or withdrawal some petty cash.

I received a check from a customer which was written on their account at US Bank. I attempted to deposit the check at my financial institution and was told the check could not be scanned because the face of it was too dark, thus they must reject the deposit. I took it to another branch office and was told the same thing. They suggested I take it to US Bank and have them cash it.
So I took it to the US Bank branch on Fleur Drive this morning. I explained what I was told by my bank and the US Bank teller told me their scanner would read it just fine. I asked if they would cash the check and she said she could not because it was written to my business and not me personally. Okay, fair enough. I asked what I needed to do and she said I needed to have a new check written to me personally and not the business. I then asked if I would be charged to cash the new check and was told the fee is $7 because I have no account with them. For what? This is not my fault. I've already wasted so much time chasing this problem. This is not okay.
This is NOT how a business should treat people. They should have done the right thing. Zero stars if I could....

Very bad experience. Went in to get a secured credit card and they sent me home with a QR code to do it myself. I applied and still had no idea how the card worked, so I went back in after approval to talk to a banker. Some lady stood in the door of the open vault with a hand full of cash and gave me a terrible explanation that cleared up nothing, then gave me the phone number for credit card services.US bank does have good customer service, but avoid this branch, they are very unhelpful.

It's a shame Google doesn't have negative starts!Ladies and gentlemen if you don't like to work with people look for another job. Customer service is terrible. I could go on and on but I doubt this review would do any good since I see so many before me!

Rude, unhelpful, arrogant, and incompetent. They clearly are disinterested in business accounts. Truly appalling lack of customer service by a bunch of children with no supervision.
