The employees here are extremely helpful, especially A.J. Recently I had an issue with wire transfers. I called the wire transfer team at headquarters, and they went by the book and answered my questions. I called A.J., she listened carefully, followed up the next day, and provided me a few suggestions of how my issue could become in the next few days. She gave me ideas to help resolving my issue. Other bankers there are helpful as well.

My loved ones mother died and now they are making her jump thru ridiculous hoops to retrieve her mothers money. Being rude and less than understanding during a time of grief. The owner and manager should be ashamed to put a family thru this. Shame on you !!!! All over $600. Thieves.

With Beaverdale and now Merle Hay closed, perhaps time to find a more local bank. Call US Bank? Have you tried that??? With all these branches closed, where are the employees who could actually answer the phone? Your answering machine mechanics need work. Someday, I would like to be able to call in and actually speak with a human.My advice to anyone seeking banking services, go to a small outfit where you may get help.

The bankers and clerks at this U.S. Bank branch are the kindest, friendliest and most supporting bankers I've ever worked with! Always eager to go above and beyond and to answer any questions, this location is by far my favorite out of the selection of banks I have in the Des Moines area!
