  I haven't had access to my money for a week. Was supposed to have a check today in my account. It's not there. My rent is late due to a verification of address. Now I owe 100 in late fees due to this. And us bank wont reimburse me for them causing be to be late on my rent. I'm closing my account and will never use us bank. I hope you all have a better time with this company because I didnt.

  It says they're open online but the doors are locked and there is no drive thru. Don't waste your time at this location, they're terrible. ?

  ATM clearly says stamp sold here. ATM is not accurate they do not sell stamps was told to go to the Post Office.

  This branch is closest to my apartment and therefore the one I go to all the time. I'm always greeted warmly and I get great customer service!

  ATM WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Do not use the ATM at this branch. I tried to withdraw cash from a non us bank account. The ATM said my bank declined the transaction. I get home, login online and the transaction was successful but the ATM said the transaction was declined and did not dispense any cash. Now I am out of cash for the next 45 days. My bank said it will take them 45 days to complete their investigation. Do not use the ATM here or you WILL lose your money. I am glad I am no longer a US Bank customer.

  Just opened my acct and I'm already disappointed with the service. They didn't put in needed information and the only person who can fix it left an hour early. So no money can be deposited until they fix thier own mistakes.

Nguyen, decided to stay with me here in the USA (especially here in State of Iowa), I told her that things will be very different than what she (and her young daughter Giao Lee) are used to back in Vietnam or in Asia. I informed them to prepare, emotionally and spiritually, to be treated differently, simply because we look different and we have different values. No matter how much I helped them to prepare for the new life here in the USA, it is often tough to be different, especially when you get treated like a second-class citizen. However, my new family and I are still most hopeful and most faithful to the USA (and even to Iowa) because of so many wonderful people we have met here. And, one of those super people is Mr. Christopher Van Meter, who happens to be the totally awesome U.S. Bank branch manager for the U.S. Bank's Drake Branch. Every time we walk into his branch, we see him and his banking customers working with respect and resolve. I see his customers, who are from many different cultures and countries, coming out of his office with smiles of respect and relief. Therefore, my wife, Thuy T. Nguyen, and I must recommend that you go "see" him if you need any retail banking products or services. If you are in town for the big Drake's basketball games - or you are touring the Des Moines area from out of state or even from out of country - or you live in Des Moines area and need highly competent and highly courteous banker, you should work with Mr. Christopher Van Meter. I went home and logged in to my bank online and the transaction was successful but the ATM said the transaction was declined and did not dispense any cash. I went into the bank the next day and they couldn't do anything. I even asked them to check the ATM video footage or log but still nothing could be done. Their ATM stole my money and they couldn't do anything about it. Now I am out of cash for the next 45 days. My bank said it will take them 45 days to complete their investigation. Do not use the ATM here or you WILL lose your money. I am glad I am no longer a US Bank customer. EDIT: My bank stated they could not refund my money because US Bank told them the transaction was successful. All US Bank has to do is go through ATM footage and ATM logs to see the transaction did not go through. I am now considering legal action, I am just waiting for my bank to send me the documents they used in their investigation. I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve and the FDIC. While I am moving forward with legal action, I am also filing complaints with any other government or consumer protection entity I come across. The US Bank associate I spoke to in the branch acknowledged they have had several issues with the ATM and yet they allow it to function and steal money from consumers without any repair. EDIT 2: Filed a complaint with the CFPB and got my money back. :)
