I think when a person or organization has a skill or offers a service, that requires two things: being able to understand the methods involved, and being able to understand when the parameters aren't right.
If someone does a wire transfer internationally, I expect that they can explain when something is not formatted correctly, or the information I'm supplying is bad, or something like that. No luck here. For US Bank, these standard services are a matter of guess-and-check.
I could respect that, but the US Bank wire transfer department and the US Bank branch also each claim it's the other's responsibility to notify a customer if a transfer doesn't go through. So, I wasn't notified, and didn't get so much as an apology for the mistake.
It's not my error - I'm not the one who claims to know how to do a wire transfer on US Bank software. That would be the people who work there. I don't want them to touch my money anymore, simple as that.

I haven't seen customer service like I was given here since before and during the time I was in business and some other businesses I knew the owners of and some I did business with and my bank was next door and across the street from one of my businesses.
In 2015, I did go to a US Bank for the first time located in, Sandusky, Ohio and the Assistant Manager and tellers were amazing when I opened my first account.
The Assistant Manager allowed me to do something that banks either don't or rarely do.
I greatly appreciate how Lico and Ariel treated me and helped me plus the efficient teller.
They restored my faith in US Bank.
I don't ever forget good people.
I also appreciate the comfortable area to be able to sit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I never take the time to leave a Google review for a business because I’ve never had such terrible service. Repeated bad service at that. I have time today because I’m fed up. After years of banking here and never being treated like a loyal customer Im throwing my hands up. I would not recommend US Bank to anyone with a small business or dealing with frequent cash deposits. I understand the “policy” but if you see the same customer in the commercial line once or twice in a day their is no need to continue to ID. They handle business terribly and their ability to take care of their customer sucks! Dont go here or any other US Bank! I will be separating from them ASAP!

We use this branch for our business banking and are very happy with their customer service. Every employee we've worked with has been pleasant and helpful. One in particular, Katelynn (Might be spelling that wrong!), remembers us every time we come in - that makes things easy and quick which we appreciate.

Awful customer service. Not only are they only open for 8 hours a day, but they stop wire transfers at 3pm. Whatever you do, don't tell them how bad they are at their jobs or they'll ask you to leave. I was a customer of theirs for nearly 10 years and was asked to leave when I got a slightly negative tone with them due to the lack of customer service. I didn't know human ATM'S were so sensitive. Boo hoo... I closed my account.
