Twice I have stopped on a Sunday morning and afternoon in the last month to make an ATM deposit and a homeless person has been inside. This morning I made my deposit in the ATM, disgusting! Cigarettes all over the floor, dirty clothes.

For the first time in many years I have a need to rent a car, which is easier if you have a credit card. Holding my nose, I took the plunge back into credit. The experience at my US Bank branch here was quick and painless.

I cannot reach anyone on the phone. 3 times your male employee at the desk has been creepy, inappropriate to my wife and would make her feel uncomfortable. We will not return. This is not professional.

Not having any lobby traffic should make the drive through faster not slower. 20 minutes for each of the cars at the front of the lines. If it is this poorly run I clearly need to look for a new place to manage my money.

Scheduled a phone appt for Friday 5/29/20 at 2:30pm from the US Bank website - seemed pretty slick - got a confirmation email AND a reminder email about the time of the call and that I would be contacted by Raymond Stoner. 3:10pm on 5/29/20 and STILL NO CALL As an established business client - this is extremely disappointing. I'll go to a DIFFERENT branch and hopefully have an appropriate response for a SCHEDULED appt.

Absolutely horrible service. Employees act like I am an inconvenience to them every single time. Just the other day, I went through the drive up window and I watched the girl in the window roll her eyes at me when I asked if I could make a deposit. It has gotten so bad that I am debating changing banks. To make matters worse, the self-service atm is out of order so I have no choice but to interact with the horrible staff. I just wish they wouldn't make it so obvious that they hate their job and don't want to be there.

This place has great tellers and bankers. The tellers are very polity, friendly, and fast at processing all my deposits/withdrawals. Additionally, always tolerate my random special deposit request. The bankers are efficient at figuring out and resolving all banking needs. I was about to dump US Bank while in Minneapolis, but my US Bank experience at this location saved my accounts from leaving!
