Terrible wifi experience. I was robbed blind by autopay then when trying to file claims for refunding they seem to have “lost” the information ??? while i gave them my card info and everything so i’m quite annoyed that I passed off this information for no avail to my issue??? and still haven’t received any sort of refund (which started as 170$ after overdraft fees) over three weeks later when they claim it can take up to 20 calendar business days. Terrible time to deal with being robbed blind by a multimillion dollar corporation when i have barely enough to pay rent the last couple months because of this issue!!! Switch providers or you’ll regret it

Noah Seniva was the associate who helped me today. My partner of 31 years had died, and I wanted his voicemail saved to a file on my phone, so I could listen to it. Noah did that for me, he switched the account to just my phone, and he dealt with customer service about an outstanding bill. This last thing was time consuming, not the least because he was put on hold for quite awhile. He was patient and competent through all these procedures and was kind to me during something that was very sad for me. You have a fine young man representing your store in Noah.

Service at this store has been phenomenal! Our family need to do a shuffling of phones. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and gracious. He handled multiple customers at the same time while making each feel like they were the only one that mattered!

Recently visited this location to update my phone and service, price went up of course the main concern is the sales person Noah put my screen protector on charged me $40 these things are $3 online and 2 weeks later it's got a huge bubble in it and he won't do anything about it, ask me if I enrolled in some protection program?? Never offered to me at the time. pretty sure there's somebody above him telling him not to do anything about it as well as previous to me upgrading I visited with his sidekick the Mexican lady all she want to do is slam me into a phone that day glad I walked away from her or this review would be much worse!

After being treated very rudely by the T-Mobile employee across the street and being told we couldn't setup phone service. I walked across the street to U.S. Cellular to see what they could do. As soon as walking in they greeted me. Selena assisted us with phone service setup. Not one time did Selena try to find a reason to not help us like the rude T-Mobile lady. She was kind and interested in assisting with getting my clients phone setup.
Thanks to Selena's kindness and professionalism my client now has phone service.
Great service and treatment! Recommend this place and Selena is a asset to this store!!
