Exceptional customer service, went in to upgrade my phone and was quickly greeted by Nate who was extremely personable, patient, and helpful. He gave great advice on accessories and services and put the work in to find every way to save on the transaction he mentioned the home internet which he couldn’t have had better timing because I have been wanting to switch from my current provider to something new and now that problem is solved, you will not be disappointed if you go to this location

Got my wife a new phone at the Iowa State Fair and the manager severely misrepresented the sale going on. We are paying more than what was discussed that day. I am not impressed at all.

Deshaun greeted us immediately and listened even as we got a little long winded on what we were looking for. Both my daughter and I got a new phone and he made sure we were each happy with the options we selected for our phones and accessories. Even after we made a choice and changed our minds, he was patient and explained the choices again. Deshaun was professional yet made the experience fun. I didn’t need to switch my phone along with my daughter but did because the option to speak with a human vs an automated service on an 800 # is worth a little extra a month. I will recommend his exemplary service to anyone who asks.
