Literally the worst place. Went in to get a package that USPS told me was ready for pick up when the Temu version of machine gun Kelly of a representative told me I had to pay for it to be held. I got notifications from USPS and the website I'd purchased from that my package was ready for pick up. She was so bothered that I was trying to get my package she went to the back and said my postal guy was on break… I kept trying to tell her that my package was there to pick up but she was insistent I had to wait for it to be delivered DESPITE picking hold at post office. Going to try and get this escalated because that was some of the worst customer service I have ever received. If you don’t like a job, maybe don’t do it.

Update:
The Postmaster did reach out to resolve the situation. There was no paper work from anyone in the office for a reason why our mail stopped being delivered, our personal mail carrier clearly has some bias, that I hope the post master can get under control.
:I am beyond frustrated with the way this post office is handling my mail. Without my permission or any written notice, my mail carrier decided to place a hold on my deliveries. I never requested a mail hold, and when I contacted the post office to resolve it, I was met with dismissiveness and zero accountability.
Even after clearly asking for my mail service to resume, my mail continues to be withheld, and I’ve received no proper explanation or documentation. This is not only unprofessional — it is a violation of my rights as a resident and customer of USPS.
I have reached out multiple times and still no resolution. I’m now being forced to escalate the issue to USPS headquarters and file a formal complaint with the Office of Inspector General. This level of negligence and abuse of authority is completely unacceptable from a government service I depend on.
Do better.

Constantly charge extra for trading cards delivered in mail. Talked to EBay and they state postage is correct and no other post office has a problem with it

I’ve had so many issues with this post office. I submit request after request and nothing is ever done. I pre-sign for something and it still isn’t left and I’m told it’s sent back to sender. I request to pick up instead of having it delivered because I have a job and can’t sit home all day- they still try and deliver it. I call and ask for help to figure out where my package is and after a 35min hold they tell me they don’t know and can’t help me. Most of them are mean nasty people that hate their job and I’m shocked anyone ever gets their mail. Literal nightmare to work with & makes the DOT look like heaven.

The humans they have working here are disgusting excuses for human beings. Heartless, rude, manipulative. While waiting for help with our situation we could hear you guys joking about making people wait longer for their mail. You guys are pathetic, the postal system is a laugh. Please fire all of your front dest help.

They are incompetent my package sat there that was overnight priority for 10 days before I went there to realize what was going on still sitting there then had the nerve to say that’s the good news that they found it. That’s still sitting there for the past 10 days but don’t mail it now. Poor service at the front and pour service in the back.

DOES THIS POST OFFICE HAVE ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE EVER? IVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES TO REACH ANYBODY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS FOR ME. ITS VERY SAD TO KNOW ITS A CLOSE POST OFFICE AND I CAN SEE WHY THEY ARE GETTING POOR RATINGS!!!!

I order a package and in the web site show that is in the mail box when I go to check way surprise nothing inside I try call the office but never answer when I go there the service is Terrible I hope the main office close this location because they no work according for this site

I got a call about a lost package I had last week and asked to call you back and have tried 3 times but no one ever answers the phone. I tried calling last week when my package was lost as well. Not sure how to get a hold of this post office without driving there.

Terrible service my company does not get mail until very late in the afternoon they will hold packages and mail without being told to but yet they continue to raise prices but service continues to get worse and worse I'd give zero stars if allowed

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE ! CANNOT CONTACT A LIVE AGENT ! COMPUTERS SUCK ! SAID I HAD RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, BUT THERRE IS NO PACKAGE TO BE FOUND AND NO WAY TO NOTIFY THE USPS !

I submitted a service request on March 5 for a missing package. I spoke to the post office multiple times in person, phone, my mail route carrier, even a supervisor. The supervisor called March 8 Alvin Jefferson and said they would escalate as a missing item. Then I called Monday to find they closed the request without notifying me or my authorization. I then had to reopen and re escalate the request. What a disservice. Don’t come for customer service. It was my mother’s birthday gift. I guess they don’t think a lost gift is a big deal. Update: I gave my info to an employee on wed the 13. The escalation team told me they couldn’t locate it and to fill out a missing mail claim online I cannot believe all the work for this. I cannot believe they lost 1-3 day priority mail
