Few reasons for 1star1-expensive.2-said will do tire air pressure to limit but never did.3- after 7000 mile oil change they give u sticker to change next oil at 3000 miles, which is fraud as most customers will see their sticker nd will go back for oil change when they dnt even need it.

A couple of months ago I changed the oil on my car in this place and they drained the oil from the steering wheel and they did not take care of it, however today I returned giving them a second chance, but as a divine sign they broke down the car in front of me, a biuck And I understood that I must retire with dignity, I will not return to this place.

Terrible service did a tire rotation and they used a metal hammer on my new rims , they saw on camera and admitted fault but still in the end got nothing but a runaround.Thank you Jessica! And no I don't want anything from you guys! I won't be back!

I brought my vehicle in for a transmission flush.The Assistant manager of the location (Hope) provided me with exquisite service! Very professional, polite, experienced, and timely service. I will be returning in the future to take advantage of the convenient services they offer.

Very professional. Got me right in and out for a oil change in less than 30 minutes on a Tuesday morning. Fun group of workers as well. They answered every question, and made sure I was all taken care of.Didn’t even get out of my vehicle, they asked me all questions at my window. (Awesome!) Highly recommend.

Very pleasant employees, courteous.I was there approximately 8:30a.m. Saturday 9/30/2023. One car in the stall ahead of me waited less than 5 minutes than it was my turn. I had oil change and tires rotated in and out done in no time.I recommend this place.It is also very close to my home.

I got in and out within 20 minutes for an oil change, never even got out of my car. Excellent customer service and very happy with how they did diagnostics as well. Very reasonable price!!!

Went in for an oil change but they also loosened the battery terminal. Caused my car to stop in the middle in the road as I was driving. I recommend going somewhere else.

update after leaving my husband changed the oil and discovered that they had taken off plastic covers that cover the drain plug and oil filter without asking us anything about it the first time we took our car in. If I could rate no stars I would. We pulled onto the lot at 3:30 with 3 cars in front of us including the one in the bay. After waiting for 2 hours we left as there seemed to be no progress made. We were told they lost an oil cap on the vehicle in front of us and were offered a $15 off coupon. My time is worth more than that. If you are looking for a quick oil change keep on driving because this is not the place for it. It is also mind blowing the number of staff just standing around doing nothing. Will not be returning.
