Pharmacists her work really hard to get medications while dealing with insurance bureaucracy. They know my son's needs and advocate for his medicine, track down prior authorizations and constantly call his pharmacy benefit managers to get what my son needs.

Was quick and staff very attentive & informative. Busiest pharmacy I've ever seen and longest wait (40+min) but staff were awesome and deserve all 5 stars.

The African American gal who closes is a complete see you next Tuesday hung the phone up on me when I was getting my high blood pressure meds and completely ignored me!! and then today at 5:55 denied my dad his meds and closed when they don’t close until 6! Don’t be a pharmacist if you’re not going to give people medications they NEED! Sure as hell don’t need to be rude about it!

they need new staff very poor attitudes also bad customer service they don't care about there customers as long as they can walk out at exactly at 6pm forced me to come inside when I already stated I didn't want to come in cause I forgot my mask , nor did offer me mask. I still drove around to go in the store for them to still not give me my sick pregnant sisters medicine then I ask the manager of the store what's corporates number and she gave me a false number also acted as if she didn't know there names and she the manager .

This Pharmacy had been my pharmacy for over a year and up until recently is was decent. But recently they don't answer the phones or they answer and just put the phone down to where you can hear all the commotion in the background but you aren't talking to anyone and they have you sit there forever, their wait times are over an hour in the drive thru and picking up in store and it's ridiculous I am definitely changing pharmacies. No one should have to worry if they are able to get medicine they need or not. Craziness.

I was on hold as caller 1 for 22 minutes. Finally hung up dialed back ask for store and manager and told them what happened they put me on hold and walked to the pharmacy and told them to take the call!!!!!

We had to stop in this Walgreens during a very bad storm today. The employees took charge of taking care of the dozen or so people that sought shelter there. The power was out and 90 mph winds didn't faze them. They provided shelter in the break room, water, lanterns, and even ice cream. Thank you so much for your professionalism and caring.

I have recently switched from Hy-Vee pharmacy to this Walgreens and have experienced very few issues since. All pharmacists are very pleasant and there are usually not long wait times.

The women at the pharmacy counter needs to be fired not only did she not give me my pills but she screamed out what I was taking while I was walking away. What is she trying do do? Shame me for privet personal medical stuff. She can't count either apparently. She told me to come on the 8th, then the 9th, and now I have to come back tommorow? What a load of medical waste.

your digital coupons NEVER work!!?? makes someone like me, on SSDI, NOT want to shop there, as don't very often, as too expensive!! only time I do , Is if have coupons for items..guessing I should just stick with paper!!??
