Pharmacist and people working in the pharmacy were very rude. Waited 45 minutes for a SCHEDULED shot. I understand businesses are short staffed but at least apologize when you're running behind! I will not be returning!!

My midwife sent in a script I need and I waited in their horrible drive thru line for 10-15 min, just for the lady to tell me "pull around, we need 10 more minutes." Ok that's cool, so I got back in the line, waited 15 more minutes, then when I got back to the window, there was a different lady who said 15-20 more minutes but she was SO rude. And when I asked for a manager thinking he may be able to get the ball rolling, he gave me every excuse in the book and I was just balling with my daughter in the backseat. No empathy at all and they were so rude about it! I was nice the whole time because I don't like confrontation! I called customer relations to complain, and when I received a call back from Walgreens this morning, I got a very cold apology and all he wanted to know was if I wanted my prescription filled or not. He didn't even acknowledge my concerns.

They are very rude at this Walgreens pharmacy. They laugh at customers over the phone, and yell at them in person. They told my doctor's office that a prescription was ready, and then claimed to me to have not been told about it. They seem irritated that they have to wait on customers. They all just seem really unhappy, and they take it out on the customers.

they do not pay attention to how the printer is printing a picture. The picture never comes out right. Which is too bad cuz they have a good price and it's close.
