Went to pick up 2 scripts. Realized that one if the scripts had been sent to a different Walgreens. The staff and pharmacist offered to transfer over the other script so I didn't have to make a trip to another Walgreens. It was busy and it was MY error so I declined. Then I had to go to my car to get my $ (long story) and when I came back the "other" script had been filled saving me the extra pharmacy visit. They ALWAYS go the extra mile if they can. Don't blame the staff for closings and interruptions over which they have zero control. I am always impressed with the customer service.

Pharmacy was closed for the night when I got there around 8:15 for idk how long. Their phone directory and web results both say it closes at 9pm. I went out specifically to get my prescriptions. An elderly customer was there who said the same thing and shared my frustration. The rest of the staff didn't know, said the pharmacy workers left without telling anyone why, including management. The last thing you'd want from your pharmacy is inconsistency and incorrect information. Ill people rely on this place for relief!

I'm reasonably happy with this location. I sometimes run into issues at the Pharmacy, but for the most part they get worked out.

I use their pharmacy to get my medication and this time I was very disappointed. I went today (Saturday) because I was out of two of my medications that I need. There was a sign saying the pharmacist wasn’t on duty. I was immediately upset because now I have to go until Monday in order to get my medication that i’m out of and need.

Came to this location after having a difficult time at another one to do a simple exchange on an item I bought 2 days ago (with the receipt) and had no trouble at all! Staff was helpful and friendly!

I just called for my prescription that they've had for days and I was never notified via text, though the woman said I was supposed to have been. After being on the phone, I just then received a text and call about it being delayed. Just shut this place down and concentrate on different places that can handle the volume. I have a lot more but won't even bother.

This store has gone downhill. Management closes early whenever they feel like it,staff are always rude,I’ve waited at a register for up to 15 MINUTES before getting help. Quite frankly the store just needs to be shut down at this point. Considering the fact that corporate is continuing to let this store run after all the bad reviews and terrible customer service on the management and cashiers part is absolutely ridiculous.

Slow, rude, and obviously lacking management. ? hours for pharmacy are ridiculous. This place would get negative stars if possible.
