They said at 10 am my meds will be ready by 5 pm, it's 7:30 pm. Wouldn't you know they're not done. It's not a shocker though. Rolling down the window guards trying to close up early.

My son walked in to use the phone in negetive weather from school, and they refused to let him in since he wasn’t “ Accompanied by an adult “. He just needed to use he phone to call myself his parent and the refused. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. And they stated they will arrest parents who pick up kids in their parking lot. Do not recommend this Walgreens AT ALL

I was attempting to do an Uber shop and pay and your staff is refusing to even ring the order up. That is a violation of your contract with Uber ad a third party delivery service so I'm reporting your store right now. Get staff that will do their job not lazy slackers that don't want to work so are REFUSING to check out the order that YOUR STORE CONTRACTED FOR SHOPPING!!!

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever shopped at in my entire life the associates that work there are so slow and have very little if any training on the cash register!!! Neither my wife, kids, or myself will be using this Walgreens ever again from now on we will be using CVS or Walmart period!!!

So one of the things that happened to me today which I'm wondering how people are able to stay in a competitive operation. I was not able to use any of my cards even from the apps of a chip, tap or apple pay. This then becomes a decline in business. Also becomes a moment of embarrassment when it comes to the consumers. Thank you Patricia for being kind to the shoppers, while hearing complaints, smiling and coming from behind the counter to help others. You even tried to manually enter my card knowing it gave me prompts in a correct systematic order and it declined. What is wrong with the system??

It seems like more people need to be hired and that probably means they need to be paying people more! It takes a long time for prescriptions to be filled and I have had family members pick up my meds and they have been sent away without all my meds. Its getting rather frustrating. I dont so much blame the employee's but the corporation for not paying them enough and not hiring enough people

Scheduled a Covid test in store. Info said a trained tech would perform. I had to do sample myself. I was supposed to get an email within 30 minutes of result. Had to call 4 hours later to sit on hold 10 minutes and still have not received email result. Cost was not covered by insurance.

Rude staff today I went in and got yelled at since I’m underage. The woman’s name is Evelyn, she snapped her fingers, yelled at me and shamed me because I’m 15 years old when I just had walked in. They made up a “rule” that people under 18 years old can’t come In. There no signs or noting. When I asked her why I couldn’t come in she was mad since I talked back and kept asking “where are you parents?!” I wish they would do some thing about Evelyn’s behavior. Don’t come here rude, and unprofessional.

Terrible pharmacy, called ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed and told them I was driving across town. They didn't mention low supply or any problems, just told me to come on in. I get there and they say they're all out and there's nothing they can do. They were even unwilling to check other Walgreens locations for me

This store is filled with morons. Everyone is confused about everything.
