Respect, the one thing I love about this place is how respectful everyone is one. They speak to you and understand the situation you're in. My father being an immigrant spoke in broken English, but Mr. Alagic spoke to my father in a way where my father and him had conversations where they both understood one another. Mr. Alagic was one of many hard-working and respectful workers Wells Fargo's has to offer. I wish I could put more than 5 stars on how My father, and I were treated and how tidy the place was.

Banker Brenda has to improve her behavior and code of conduct. She is not very professional. She is very arrogant and has very poor communication skills.

Never call customer service. I waited on the phone 20 minutes and still couldn’t get a bankBalance. They all live in the Philippines ,English is problem for them.

this 2905 e Euclid location is horrible the girl that I went to told me I'm not allowed to deposit cash why not it's a damn bank? according to the website i can!!!! she needs fired!!!

It’s unimaginable that this bank does not have a drive-thru anymore. What a disservice to us customers. Whoever made this decision should be fired. Why would they think this is an acceptable solution to any problem they were having. Now we , the customers are paying even more with the inconvenience and long waits , STANDING in line waiting to do our banking. Absolutely absurd!!! Bye Wells Fargo , I will be moving on.

Wells Fargo is not a good bank to do business with. I was sent an advertisement to be locked in for a low fixed rate and I thought this was great because I had an adjustable rate mortgage. According to the advertisement it would not adjust the terms of my loan. My original loan was to be paid off in November 2043 unfortunately not until I reviewed the amortization chart did I realize they simply added ten (10) months to my loan terms. I called them and was initially told they would correct it on the last day to finalize my loan I was told they would not correct it and I had to take it or leave it. I was baffled as it was two weeks left on my rate lock. No one ever apologized or seem to care. This bank just does not know what customer service is. Avoid them at all costs.

Unlike every other bank, Wells Fargo still doesn’t have people in the branch. Window only. And you sit in line at the window for way too long not even getting told it will be a moment. And on top of that, every phone number on the website doesn’t go through.

What a joke. Been setting in line for 40 min and haven’t moved. You know when your going to be busy , but more than two cashiers. Bad management

I to give credit to the banker Carmen Rodriguez who helped me on a bad day. The out ATM ate my debit card. I needed cash before taking my daughter to church youth group. I was pressed for time. She saw the stress and worried look on my face. I was almost in tears. She eased my stress by getting me a temporary card and ordered my new one. The bankers here and staff have always helped me at my most worst time.

Wells Fargo is a Joke. They will literally let ANYBODY take money out of your account. Straight fraud, unauthorized payments, double payments it has happened to me multiple times. And they will put a claim in, which takes 10-13 buisineses days, meanwhile charging you overdraft fees. I Uber to work, so when this happens I cannot even go to work. What a joke. Puke bank. I will be switching to a new bank today.
