Waited an hour in the pharmacy drive through for a Covid test. Was supposed to get my Covid test results back in an hour. Two hours go by and nothing. Call to try to figure out the results and I'm on hold for 45 MINS just to be told they are not ready yet and will be done before the pharmacy closes at 6. Call at 6:20 because still haven't gotten my results yet and the pharmacy is closed was told I have to wait until they open again at 10:00am the next day. Ridiculous. Avoid this store like the plague if you are looking for somewhere productive. Update: 1:30 the next day and still no Covid results. DONT GO HERE FOR COVID TEST IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR RESULTS

I wanted to refill a prescription but the numbers were blurred on the bottle so I had to ask for the refill by the drug's name. I waited on hold for more than a half-hour and when someone finally came on the line, she had such a strong accent I couldn't understand her. I do not want automatic refills and I've declined the service many, many times in the last few months. Never-the-less, I have received four calls that automatic refills are waiting for me. I'm going to another provider where they'll listen to me.

This store is a mess! It literally looks like it's going out of business and that it's been ransacked! Why are so many of the shelves are empty and destroyed? Why are the employees sitting around doing nothing? I think I'm going to have to go across the street to CVS from now on. Their store is very clean and put together. Sad!

Brian Perkins needs to be fired.How in the hell can you tell somebody you can't take their doctors statement.GTFOH that's why I'm glad I quit that Walgreens needs to be shutdown to many followers not enough leaders

Every time I am forced to come here, I have to make sure to clear my calendar, because apparently filling a prescription takes at least an hour, no matter what time of day or night. Previous trips have gone as such: "It's not ready yet, come back in an hour." An hour later, "It's not ready yet, come back in an hour." Do yourself a favor and go to school and get your own pharmacy license, because that will take less time than waiting for anything at this location.
