Highly Recommend Westside Auto Pros! I cannot say enough positives about this team! What an absolute gem of a business to have access to! The professionalism of the whole crew at Westside Auto Pros is amazing, but beyond that professionalism is their overall kindness, generosity and ability to have you feel like you are family – and to be clear, you ARE treated like family! If I could give 10 out of 10 stars to Jen I would! What a wealth of knowledge and experience! She walked me through 3 months of the hardest repairs I’ve gone through with my car. Overall, just an outstanding place to take your car for anything, know and trust that the work is being done correctly and will last, and most importantly, feel comfortable putting your total faith in their ability to do the job right and that you’ll be treated right. Highly Recommend!!

Westside Auto Pros are the most honest mechanics I know. When I get my vehicles taken in for service, they look over the entirety of the vehicle and give me a full report on recommended repairs and maintenance for the future. It has been very helpful for my wife and I to budget for repairs and maintenance for our vehicles.

I was in a bad spot with my vehicle that had no power. My Lexus is a hybrid and I couldn't even get into the vehicle with the spare key. This young man from West Side Auto was excellent taught me how to open the door with the spare key open the hood and jumped the car. This all took place in 30 min from the time I called .

First time customers to have service on our family car. Easy to make an appointment, staff friendly and helpful. Repair work and overall cost much less than we were paying at the dealership. Also let us know that one part could be covered by warranty. Much appreciated and we will be back!

My Peterbilt unexpectedly ran out of fuel during a very busy time of day on a busy road and the guys at WESTSIDE auto were there in very efficient timing. Ryan and Dalton were both very extremely helpful and did a very professional job. Highly recommended.

Westside Auto Pros have serviced my vehicles for years. As a Porsche owner I haven’t found in the Metro a better combination of welcoming advisors and experienced technicians. I know through first-hand experience that if something isn’t right, the Pros will make it right.

Ryan W. Was fantastic! I got a flat in the middle of town, called west side and they got to me in about 20 minutes. Got the tire changed in about 25 and I was back on the road.

Nick helped us roadside with a dead car battery. It was raining and he gave us an umbrella and was beyond kind and patient. We faced obstacle after obstacle and he nothing but empathetic. We trusted him fully with his services!

My car made a bad clunking sound so I called AAA and they recommended Westside Auto for the tow job. Tito, the tow truck driver was great! He was friendly, respectful, answered my questions, and stayed with me until my ride arrived! He’s the best!

Would definitely recommend these guys for any auto needs! Got my front brakes done with new rotors and pads at a reasonable price and in a timely manner! Used the key drop box and scheduled it in ahead of time so it was ready next day! Very good customer service from communication {updates) to doing everything they said they would. I will absolutely be back for my next hiccup for sure!
