I have never in my life gotten more poor customer service constantly than this place. Every single time I have dealt with them there has been something either poorly done or I got cheated out of money. They cost me four new tires because they don't know how to align properly, of course they deny it. Then there is the poor service, I tried to schedule just a simple oil change, the lady said I could come in and wait, when I got here the tech said they don't do oil changes where you can wait....seriously? Buying a car here is not worth it. The next car I buy I will travel out of state before I go here again.

Wonderful and Seamless...I purchased from Willy/ MINI of Des Moines a Certified 2021 MINI Cooper GP, which I purchased out of state. They were very courteous on the tele and made the transaction simple and seamless...As for staffing 10 out of 10 - Service Mgr John L, Salesperson Ann P, and Charles Finance were great. They can handle the online e* Purchase quickly and also followed up - post delivery.Would I buy again from Willy -absolutely...Dee

I was very happy the way I got treated, Karlie was my advisor did answers to my question and more will smiles and positive attitudes. Tech person did a great job to fix my problems. I am so happy to take my car to Willis auto. I will recommend Willis auto to my friends and families. And I will let them know to go see Karlie to help them the greatest. ??

I was a customer of a different “luxury” dealership in town for nearly 15 years having purchased multiple vehicles from them. Over the years the customer service has declined and I felt like more of a number than a valued customer. I had been in the market for a new (to me) vehicle for awhile and my partner and I decided it was time. Willis had two vehicles I wanted to look at. Donna was our sales associate and fantastic and so personal to work with! Willis customer service went above and beyond from every last detail from accessories tech, financial department and sales manager. We are so happy with our decision and we absolutely love our new vehicle! Thank you Willis and team.

My husband and I bought a pre-owned 2015 Toyota Sienna. It was in pretty good shape, cleaned well, and we loved it. Our salesperson, Travis, did a great job helping us in a timely manner. The only problem we had was the tire pressure light was on. Before we bought our van, they took it back to get it looked at, filled the tires with air to 40PSI, and the light turned off for a few minutes, but then turned back on. At that point, they thought the tire pressure light sensor was broken, but they would need to order the part to fix and bring us back, but it was still safe to drive the van until then so we went ahead and bought it.The next day we were leaving for a road trip, and checked our tire pressure, and one tire had dropped 15 PSI in a day. Since it was a Sunday, Willis wasn't open, so we had to take it to a Tire Plus and get it looked at. It turns out there was a hole in the tire so we needed to get it replace so we could go on our trip, and the tire pressure light turned off one replaced. We have had no problems with the van for the last 2 weeks, and Willis did reimburse us for the tire, but that inconvenience definitely affects my review. Without the tire fiasco, I would give Willis a 5/5.

We needed a car fast for our son in Kansas City who's car needed replacement. We found the perfect vehicle on Willis Automotive website on a Friday night. Drove to the dealership first thing Saturday morning, and within an hour made the purchase and delivered a 2019 Hyundai Elantra to our son. Thanks to the folks at Willis Automotive for making this transaction possible and seamless.

I love the personalized service at Willis. I get a texting link for fast easy communication and then a video of my inspection from the service tech. I could easily ask questions at any time during my visit. Super friendly and personable service manager Aaron!

I've worked with Willis since 2008. They helped me with lots of repairs on my 2007 Dodge Charger. They've now bought Chevrolet in Granger, which is 13 mins from me so I was more then excited. I'm now taking my 2016 Chevy Trax to them for all my repairs. I see Adam in Granger. He's been amazing these past couple of years. I've had a lot problems since buying the vehicle from Honda of Ames and Adam has been with my every step of the way. He gives you good, better, and best options. You talk numbers together and he provides excellent recommendations but ultimately letting you make the decision that makes the most sense to you. I highly recommend Willis at any location. The gentleman picking up our car were very kind, professional and took care with our car. The service via video is a nice touch as the Willis Service Center did their point inspection. Very thorough all around. Second to none as far as I’m concerned.
