Recently bought a Cadillac XT6. Quinn was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us great customer service. They didn’t have exactly what we wanted on the lot but within a couple of days found us one in another state and had it here very soon. We would highly recommend Willis Cadillac!

I was traveling through Des Moines from out of state when my car experienced issues. Staff replied to my service inquiry shortly after I submitted it on Sunday morning. I had an early Monday appointment and my car was fixed and I was on the rode Monday afternoon. The entire Willis team that I interacted with were great.

*I should have read the many bad reviews before I wasted my time*
We let them know we would be there there on Monday (today) as we had to work. They said no problem.. Made arrangements to arrive on Saturday and the vehicle was gone. Sent messages with no response. Today (Monday) they let us know it was sold Saturday.
I'm sure we will get a scripted response like everyone else.

This dealership is definitely the one you want to work with. We are in Oregon and did everything over the phone with Sterling, one of the salesmen. It was smooth from start to finish and his honesty and professionalism was refreshing. You are making a mistake if you use a different dealership.
