While driving my car into the Johnston post office this morning time was roughly 10:00 Am. As I turned towards the post office parking lot, older driver had his window down as I pass, he flip me off. This is distrubing,,your have a business, your people are not doing you Justus.

Very good place to work the app makes things flow smoothly,the owner and office personal are very helpful and nice.I gave them five stars cuz they treat people very nice as with people from Iowa are very pleasant and friendly.

I Just used this service 4 days in a row to go from Ankeny Iowa to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines and back. Day 1 driver was 30 minutes late. Day 2 Driver was 2 hours late and never got off his cell phone all the way from Ankeny to Des Moines. Day 3 after complaining the driver was 90 minutes early. Day 4? This is great. The way there went ok. He told me to call him when I was ready and he would be here soon. When I was done I called him and he said he would be here in 30 minutes. After an hour I called him back. No answer. Called 5 times. No answer. Called dispatch, no answer. Call my insurance company and they transferred me to their dispatch. No answer. Finally a different driver called. Showed up in a van with no seats. Holes in the floor that you could see the ground. And ready for this? I have video of his texting, and surfing through Facebook the entire way from Downtown Des Moines to Ankeny Iowa never taking his had off the scrolling. Unless to type in a message. Not sure what I’ll do with this video but I’mSure everybody in Des Moines Iowa will see it if not more. Remember, THIS IS A MEDICAL TRANSPORT COMPANY! Your already hurting, you don’t need to die from the drive to the hospital!!

Yeah I’m an ex driver for this company and I’d like to show you a few pictures but can’t post a pic here of how not well there vans are kept and they do not follow DOT law and do not care how their patients are transported inside of a van falling apartHere is some messages from Steve the boss after getting fired todayFrom Steve: Thank you I appreciate your help I do like you but I’m disappointed in your performance and anybody reading our review that knows us will consider the source so thank you happy holidays and have a good life

If I could give a Neg score I would. This was the worse medical ride I had ever had when I was riding home. Cab number 75 had complained about Germs and refused to allow us to sign our own initials while using her phone that had the app that WE needed to sign for.

This company deserves no star rating. As a manager for a home care agency we sometimes need transportation services to get our clients to their medical appointments. After reserving a ride weeks in advance, we were notified that the transport was unable to happen 30min prior to pick-up. They stated the reason is due to our company giving the wrong address. This is certainly not true. I find it disrespectful and unprofessional that the manager would blame their error on another company that uses their business and refers their clients their way. We will never use this transportation company again.

If I could leave this at 0 stars I would. I work at a medical office and had a terrible experience through one of our patients. We had called for the patients pick up after his appointment and was told a driver would be there within 15 minutes. 30 minutes after they were to be there we called again to check on the status of his pick up and was told they will call the driver to see what is going on and send some one right over. Another 45 minutes pass and we call again, only to find out the drivers have been sent to the wrong place to pick him up, never mind you, we had confirmed our office's address in the previous 2 calls. Finally, 2 hours after the initial call for the pickup (another 30 minutes after the third call) a driver arrived. The driver was apologetic even though this was not her fault rather the operators not relaying proper information. For a company who clearly (according to the website) prides itself in commitment to excellence, dependability, and putting the customer first, this whole situation is careless, negligent, and unacceptable. I *WILL NOT* recommend *ANYONE* to your service. Especially as speaking with the patient while waiting this seems to be a semi-usual situation with your service. I hope some major restructuring and retraining with your call center to driver communication is done if you expect to retain any customers or any amount of company growth. This is very disappointing for a company like this whose patrons rely on them for their basic needs.

We used this van service for my father 3 times a week to take him to and from dialysis. All their drivers were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them for your family.
