“We called him on the weekend because we had a flat we couldn't get off our car. He didn't answer, so we left a message. He called back within 10 minutes and told us he couldn't come help us because he was IN THE HOSPITAL but that he might be able to talk us through it. He suggested putting the nuts back on loosely and driving a little, then trying again to remove it. It still didn't work, but I was grateful that he called back and gave us advice even when we weren't customers. Real nice guy.”
