Steve's Ace Hardware is a friendly, locally-owned store known for excellent customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always ready to assist without being asked. Customers appreciate that the store always has what they need, whether for home upgrades or everyday needs. Special events like anniversary celebrations offer great food and a fun shopping experience. The store’s convenient location on the edge of downtown Dubuque makes it easy to visit. Shoppers often save money with rewards, and many enjoy shopping here regularly because of the helpful and kind staff.
I had some issues with my purchase of an American Standard complete toilet kit (apparently pre-assembled parts in the tank can shift during shipping). There was a slight leak coming down the water supply line. The gentlemen at Ace Hardware were so helpful, kind, and informative: helping to save me from calling a plumber..
