“Typically receive trucks 5-6 days overnight or early morning before the store opens. All Menards carry hardware, electrical items, and plumbing and building materials. If you need a furnace filter or a/c filter, they have them. Menards in Dubuque has them, including some grocery. They don't have meat, but snacks, soups, cereal and more including pet food and toys; a large lawn and garden department. If you need a new refrigerator or patio furniture, Menards is the place to go.”
“Dennis and (Karen) are just good people!! Dennis serviced my Kirby and did a great job. To make a REALLY long story short. Her time was up after I abused her with all my baking soda carpet deodorizer. I went in for a fix and her motor couldn’t handle it! Sooo Dennis took my old non working Kirby. Found me one newer a rebuilder for the cost of the original fix. He has always “made it right” very accommodating, just a stand up guy!! As long as I have a Kirby and live around the area I will ONLY go to see Dennis for my Kirby needs. Highly recommend!!”

“The staff is absolutely amazing!!
I had been dealing with a difficult issue and had tried every outlet to get it resolved, leaving me incredibly upset and sick over my situation. I eventually went to Best Buy and spoke with Agent Gymbo. He truly listened to my issue and worked hard to come up with a solution. Although I initially walked out feeling helpless, I had accepted my situation.
However, I later received a call from Agent Gymbo. Best Buy came up with a solution and helped me. They made me feel truly appreciated and valued. I cannot thank the Best Buy staff and management team enough for going above and beyond. While my situation is unique, I highly recommend that people do business with the Best Buy in Dubuque.”
