I had been dealing with a difficult issue and had tried every outlet to get it resolved, leaving me incredibly upset and sick over my situation. I eventually went to Best Buy and spoke with Agent Gymbo. He truly listened to my issue and worked hard to come up with a solution. Although I initially walked out feeling helpless, I had accepted my situation.
However, I later received a call from Agent Gymbo. Best Buy came up with a solution and helped me. They made me feel truly appreciated and valued. I cannot thank the Best Buy staff and management team enough for going above and beyond. While my situation is unique, I highly recommend that people do business with the Best Buy in Dubuque.”
